Apparently bar risers were not built for lowered bikes.

The spacer has an inset that hits the top of the fork tube, won't allow it to slide all the way down.

I guess i'm gonna have to CUSTOMIZE! lol

Oh, you lowered the front end by letting the forks slide up in the triple tree clamps? So now that "plug" won't go all the way down flush?

Just mill the plug so it isn't as long. If I remember correctly, the o-ring is near the top of the plug, so you can mill without having to turn a new o-ring grove.

Well, I'd mill it, but you could chuck it in an engine lathe and turn it, same end result.

I'm gonna be sticking it in a bench vice and hitting it with a die grinder. LOL

No, what i'm talking about is the actual billet block. It has a little ring with a smaller i.d. that is made to sit atop the fork.
