Factory Bridgestones are just CRAP. I don't know how you got so many miles on those POS tires, to be honest. My rear tire was showing the steel radial after just 2000 miles, but then, I commute with mine as well as the weekend trips so lots and lots of straightaways. I still can't believe Kawasaki decided to go with that particular Bridgestone tire for the caliber of bike the '14 is.
