hey scott I know you the man when it comes to the zx14. You helped me out a lot. Now I need you to help again if you don't mind. I saw in a an older post about a fender eliminator kit. It was a do it yourslef one. I think rook posted it up. I thought I saw you post an easier way to do it. If so Can you please show me an easier way to take that big ass fender off the back?

sure take off the seat. open tool box remove the tools, remove the 4 allen hea bolts inside the tool box. theres a wire harness attached to the tool box remove it and set tool box aside.
on each side of the ecu is a rubber pad put your fingers under each side and gently lift up when ecu is off the pins turn it 180 degrees and se it down out of the way(no need to dis connect it) ok now on each side of where toolbox was youll see 2 nuts that are hold the mud flap on remove those and there is 1 more where the ecu was. thats right just 3 bolts hold it on. now my self i just snipped the plate light wire off about 3 in away from the light that way you can rewire if needed. your fender eliminator should be the same hole pattern so to install just reverse the procedure. ive tried several different plate lights but the best so far has been the plate bolt lights. what i did for a clean look there was install plate and light bolts then i brought the 2 wires together as far as i could and used heat shrink tubing material, run wire up through the hole and connect to the wire u cut off from the oem plate light.
good luck easy job

ive found u can spend $25 to $80 for one. Me ive got the carbon fiber undertail which eliminator came with. the name is rumble concepts but that replaces the oem tail light. ive got pics on here somewhere, but just for a eliminator id check out ebay
heres what i did

That doesn't look bad at all. It looks mean under there. I'm home now, so I'm gonna try to take it off later on today. One more thing. When you got those m4 pipes. Did you get them mapped? I went to the dealership here in Virginia and they told me its madatory for me to take my bike to the dyno jet thing and get it remapped. Then they told me the price to get it done and I was like I don't even want no pipes. I was telling me about 10,000 miles down the road the bike isn't gonna running right. I won't have the horse power I will have if I don't get it remapped. Can you help me on that?
