Feel better & heal up quickly. Well you just got the best lesson you could ask for got to walk away from it. I have been riding bikes for 27 years, literally. I hope you get to look back in the future and say that also. Pushing the limits is fun and exciting, but there is a time & place for it. I hope you have learned a valuable lesson.

" Eating that amount of protein would be extremely harmful to you, should you not consume the correct amount of water."

Of course. Ad hoc argument. Reminds me of a poem from my childhood, author unknown:

"I was thinking of a plan
to dye my whiskers green.
and always use so large a fan
that they could not be seen."

Body building needs no defense on the one hand and is indefensible as a form of excess on the other. This is exactly akin to owning and caring for and riding a hyperbike like the ZX14. It is no accident that several of the members of this forum have "been there, done that" or are still so engaged in bodybuilding.

No reproach intended.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Not just the amount of water but also veggies, you would need a ton of veggies to digest and make sure those protein sticks, besides our aptitude to digest protein differs. I'm 32 and I'll about balance now. Definitely less meat, more veggies, more fluid (just not today though).
