MSRP: $165.95-170.95 (front) $204.95-290.95 (rear) That's quite a range on that rear tire price. Why bother calling it MSRP if pricve is +/- %30?

We'll see if they live up to the claims. On a hot day, I think any tire will warm up in two laps on track.....no big claim to fame there. The experienced riders still use tire warmers cuz they don't want to waist two laps warming up tires.

The carbon fiber/rubber sidewalls sounds interesting. I'd try them.

Hopefully there will a set available for about $300.

"Even edge grip with the Q3 was slightly improved, and the Q3’s slides seemed smoother and more controlled"....hmmmm...this doesn't sound like a tire I'd want for the street;).Some Dunlop models have been reported to 'slide' at the worst times....on the street.IDK if that has been resolved by now...but most guys with the 'sliding' models didn't like it.IDK if a bike like the 14 or 14R would do so well having the rears(or front)start sliding. Then again...some guys love it!
I've paid attention to Dunlops(D220's) ever since my trusty zx12R tankslapped coming out of a curve. It wasn't very 'cool'...tell ya that.So far though...haven't had any slide issues from the Sportmax 1 tires I've had on two zx14's(the Sportmax 2 did have some slide issues however...not real welcome on the street for those guys). They basically said..."don't get these'...but that's a different tire than these Q3's.

On a side note Q2's just went on sale for $219 a set at cycle gear, don't know if they charge sales tax to all states like they do in Kalifornia (of course) ....

Crushed up carbon fibre impregnated in the sidewall? Meh. Sounds like marketing. If it were carbon fibre beads and belts, then wed be getting somewhere.
