Hope it works this time bobby.
Just found these in the Syncpro instructions:
-"Caution: Engine speeds exceeding 3,500 RPM, rapid throttle closure and/or a vacuum of 40cm Hg (7.7 psi) or more can cause the SyncPROTM fluid to be sucked into the engine."
-"Q: Will the fluid harm my motor if it gets sucked inside? A: No, due to the nature and quantity of fluid it will not cause any harm."
-"Q: Is the SyncPROTM manometer fluid toxic?
A: No, the fluid contains propylene glycol, and both the fluid and vapors are non-toxic. While we don’t recommend drinking it, doing so would cause little more than a bad taste in your mouth. Consuming very large quantities of it, or any fluid not intended for human consumption is not advised and could cause adverse effects.
SyncPROTM Fluid contains propylene glycol and is not “toxic” as defined by the regulations of the Consumer Product Safety Com- mission at 16 CFR 1550.3 (c) (2), it is not for human consump- tion. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT store in opened or unlabeled containers. Contact Motion Pro for a copy of the MSDS."
Also turning the Syncpro screws all the way counter clockwise lowers the fluid levels before calibration to allow the max amount of travel. This is supposed to help with fluid suckage.

Got my Needle gauges in and they came with the valves, cool, but I just had to use the mano again to test myself. I cleaned the tubes and put the mano back together and BOOM it worked this time go figure did everything the exact same way as last time. Sync worked and got it smooth. The Busa on the other hand was a different story. got it hooked up and the bike wouldn't even start unless I turned up the idle, got em in sync and plugged up all my hoses and the idle was up to 3000 had to turn it back down couldn't figure that one out. But anyway thanks for all the help guys!

Glad you got it Bobby. Go figure? Best guess is you turned the restrictor screws in all the way like you would turning off a water faucet. That would seem to be the right way to turn them to shut the flow off but apparently it is opposite.
Did your needle gauges give you even readings across the four Tbodies just like the manometer? I'm guessing they must have.

Nah Rook I turned them against the body the first time, My guess is the tool itself was put together wrong, after I cleaned and serviced it all was well. The needles did great also as they came with the valves to settle the needles so I got a good reading with those, kinda like the needle gauges, you dont have to calibrate them every time as long as you don't ruff handle em.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nwP6R1P58A The guy missed 2 steps so his only trick is what I'm about to ask. Are we using a syncpro, I say turn the T-Body screws in and you turned the syncpro's needles in? There is your suck-thru? And if that is glycol like radiator coolant, then the oil turns milky tan in a mix, not catch it right now before it's blended. Even though it might have vaporized and you are home free, or was so heavy it was pushed past the piston and there is that head gasket blow down the piston scenario, it's still a contaminate, if say the oil begins to milkify.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rge7Totfrio Stop at :44 seconds and look at those needle positions before the hose is attached or he begins to dial them in. Poor guy was not about to show you how it revved.
and plugged up all my hoses and the idle was up to 3000 had to turn it back down couldn't figure that one out.
I have the old style mano w/out the screws like the pro, but I sure like that sycnpro to check each cylinder off its own preset. I can set it to a painted line and the other 3 better match or there is compression down on one of them? If I set all 4 to the 1 hose like motion-p showed, how can he know what the other 3 cylinders are doing? I can see who is low against the 1st cylinder is his one missed step and the other was not touching the air screws. That's the internet! Pro or novice... WOT A MESS in the sync and can you hear any smooth pulsing? Not to me!
Smart move you went back to it, Bobby. Now, chase the Busa again... From this:

Yep removed the pair on the Busa so it was plugged, thinking I got a vacuum leak maybe around the throttle body gotta check those out to see where its losing but other than that it ran good and revved good.

I'd think it would be hard starting> if there was a leak. If it starts before your finger lifts off the starter button = No leak. If it hunts or hangs, it's that blend in the book you have to follow. Same principal applied to the Busa, or any bike as far as I'm concerned.
