How u all going just had my susp revalve and resprung happy with the forks not happy with the rear looking for an aftermarket shock tossing up between the ohlins and the penske im a fast road rider and do the very accasional trackday the roads where i ride are not pool table smooth i weigh 95kgs with all my leathers on hopefully i can get some feedback from some of u zx14 that have used ohlins and penske cheers from down under sillywilly

I think Penske is really good. Ohlins are just better. The shock I have is zx-14 specific and can be adjusted on the fly. I can post pics if you wanna see the set up.

Have never owned a Penske... So tough to comment... Although, I have read that with the 8975 (drag shock), it is difficult to get at the compression damping screw... However, many trackday junkies and suspension gurus will tell you that Penske puts out a product every bit a good as Ohlins, but for less money.

I'm using the same Ohlins shock as DK, and absolutely love it... All the adjustments are super easy to get at, so changing settings is simple "on the fly" to compensate for passenger/luggage weight, road surface, and/or how aggresively you're riding.
