Thanks Dogo. I can't seem to post active links. However, all 3 videos posted are the same one. There are 3 different ones I think I tried to link to. If you have the time can you fix for me?
I appreciate the help

Here are some pics from the trip.
This is the Avenue of the Giants. It's the old Highway 101 and is now a bypass which means no traffic.

On the way to Sardine Lake, Gold Lake Highway

This is where we stopped to wait out the rain in Leggitt. Also where I bailed in the parking lot. doh!

More pics. Sorry they are sideways, I am somewhat incompetent,

ZX in the Ave of Giants. Fantastic redwoods, no people.

Hwy 299 along the Trinity River. We've left the rain behind. About 80 miles of this!

This is our stop at Lake ALmanor, right on the lake.

Me, the ZX,Lake Almonor and Mt. Lassen. On our way to Tahoe

More:

Gold Lake Hwy, in the Lakes Basin Rec Area.

My wife, co-pilot and puddle plunger Kim at Sardine Lake

This is Sand Pond, right below Sardine Lake. Where the water is warm enough to swim, sort of.

Taking a break on Hwy 49 waiting for Caltrans to blow up some rocks.

Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe. Great road, 35mph speed limit.

looks like you had a blast Mad! I took the wife for a 200 miles trip the other day. One I got over the fact that you always have to be in the correct gear and break sooner and harder I did enjoy myself. It still sucked for the descending tight stuff but in some corners her 125 lbs helped settle the bike down. One thing I underestimated: Wheelies! We rode behind those two harley guys who didn't know what they were doing so after I passed them we got on a hill and I thought I would do a little wheelie (about 1 foot off the ground) like I usually do when I'm riding solo... Right! The front wheel went for the sky and the wife pulled me back so when we landed I gave it more gas by mistake and went right back up, lool, we made it back to planet earth OK and of course I had to speed up and carve the next corner to give the impression that everything was part of the plan lol

Riding 2 up can definitely be a blast on the ZX=14!

By the way you never mentioned you were a 6'4 - 6'5 guy!!!! For some reason I thought you were like 5'11, 6'1 max lol

Yeah, my wife LOVES riding and 2-upping. She is an excellent passenger I don't even think of her on the back anymore. The only problem I have with her is that she wants to go fast...and you know who gets the tickets??? Bitch!
