-What is the torque spec. for the exhaust header pipes to the head? The manual has only got a spec for the Muffler Body Mounting Bolts at 34nm. When I took it apart the torque was less than 10 nm

-What will the effect be if pure anti freeze is used instead of a 50% mix.?

-If I jam the flies in a open position will I get a F1 error?

Bolts-13 ft/lbs.

Anti freeze..don't know

Secondaries locked...most likely...the fly shaft will want to turn.If it's jammed...who knows?I wouldn't lock it.

there are some antifreeze designed to work without water, but if it's designed to use water it won't dissipate heat / cold without it. It would freeze or overheat.
