different front sprocket
04/27/09 9:53 PM

After running my bike to redline in the first four gears, i'm thinking of going to a sprocket in the front with one less tooth. There's just no need for the crazy top end on my bike...

Can anyone tell me how different it will run with the smaller sprocket on the front? Should I plan on a steering stabilizer? I'm sure the front end will pop up a lot easier...

Any knowledge would be appreciated.

I love it ... It pulls harder but not unmanageable. My bike still pulled to 190mph on the dyno (speedohealer installed)With flies out its a blast

Yeah blue if I lived at altitude that would be my route exactly. I used to live at altitude 5000 ft and it really hurts the performance. I now live at sea level and it with flys out and pc pulls so f'n hard now I don't really need anymore. First gear and the throttle has to be feathered or its heading for the sky.
