High beam light replacement
02/19/14 8:37 AM

Looking for a 5k colored high beam to match my HID lows. Would a bulb like this work:

eBay bulbs

55w, 12v, good, yes?

Better ideas? Thanks!

C

The high-beam bulb is spec'd as an H9, so the eBay one should work. But you can probably find these same bulbs at a local auto parts store.

check out http://headlightbulbs.com

I decided against HIDs due to glare on halogen projectors with HID bulbs and went with white halogens from these guys.

Obviously not the brightest thing, but they were shipped quick and cheaper than what your local auto parts store will sell for probably the same bulb.
