I know it can be expensive to maintain the forum. I would not mind becomming a "site supporter" and making a occassional contribution.

Perhaps you can set up a paypal link for people who would like to toss in a few cajingles every now and then.

I do not know how I would get past the winter months without this site . Some people get up in the morning with a coffee and read the paper, I get up turn on the computer and look to see what all bike lovers are up to .This makes the coffee taste better and winter go by much faster .So BG, again THANK YOU . Count me in! I really enjoyed the old site and I'm liking this new one. I can't help with programming or servers or other things i.t., but I wouldn't mind throwing some $$ your way to help with the costs.

Yes, my sons can keep it going. One is the lead programmer at my company, and the other is a sysadmin at the local hospital here. Wish I knew a small fraction of what they do. Not that I'm planning on going away soon...

However, I can certainly understand your concern, after what happened to zx14ninja.com. The thing is, that the value of a forum like this (or like the old one) depends upon the contributions of the members and the knowledge base that results. It's not fair to have all of that taken away from you. That will NEVER happen with this one.
