Any recommendations for a good tuner in Orange County (preferably not too far from Huntington Beach for convenience)?
Thinking that once I get the flies out and the PC in, this ought to be a good idea to get it dyno'd and tuned in...

Just wanted to let you know that I've had EXCELLENT results with the M224-011 map here for the stock exhaust, flies out configuration. -bg

Try Mach 1 in Costa Mesa. They have a dyno and are very familiar with PC mapping. They specialize in Japanese bikes.
