I'm in need of a gps mount and the proper wiring for my garmin nuvi 1390. Does anyone have any leads that may help?

This would need to use the car cradle because no motorcycle cradle is available. You might be able to power it off USB, if you can wire in a USB adapter. Or power it off the car cradle.
Real motorcycle GPS units come with a bike cradle which has wires you can connect to the battery (12V) and the motorcycle cradle steps the power to what the GPS unit needs.
Also, keep a supply of plastic baggies, the GPS you mention is not waterproof and not dust proof and not (motorcycle) vibration proof.
If you were able to wire it yourself, Twisted Throttle sells a SW-Motech GPS mount which can be configured to mount most anything.

I looked on the Ram Mounts site and it does look like they make a non powered motorcycle mount for the Garmin Nuvi 1390. Ram mount holder video
The nice thing about Ram mounts is that you can mix and match their stuff. The link above shows the cradle / holder and some of the possible mounting accessories you can use. The actual motorcycle one they sell uses a U-bolt to attach to the handle bars (which is not suitable for our bikes). Buy the cradle and choose the accessories needed to marry it to your bike.
For power you could wire a 12VDC power socket from the battery, with an inline fuse for protection. Then use a compatible USB power supply to power the 1390 Power supply

By the way, if you put a Powerlet or SAE (cigarette lighter) socket on your bike, you can plug in a USB converter. Amazon sells them, I imagine Radio Shack does too.
In fact, I lost my wall charger for my Schuberth C3 SRC communication/music system (it replaces the neck roll padding on the helmet, very cool) and purchased a generic USB charger at Amazon that plugs into a standard wall socket.
Turns out everything can be charged with a 1+ mA charger as long as you have the correct USB cable.
