Thank you all for your input. The engine code was code 64 which was secondary air. Something or other blah blah blah. So it is safe to say it isn't the auto tune or pc5. Upon reading all your suggestions it looks like all I have to do is unplug the right side valve and wire in some sort of resistance to fool the ecu to thinking the pump is still plugged in. Now for the question ... After I do this will the engine light simply turn off or will I need to have the code cleared by a tech with a kawi scan tool?...

All you need to do is plug the LEFT SIDE AIRBOX LINE instead of the right. Thats it. Period. Plug the left side (not the right), and re insert the end of the line into airbox opening. Leave all the pair assembly itself alone. The bike will then function as normal. Let us know how it goes.

You dont have to fool the ecu with anything bacause you are simply BLOCKING the pair assembly, not removing it. Block the left line. Make sure the bike and ignition are off, and the ecu fault code will re-set upon re-start. Try that sir.
