C, I will purchase. Romans All in. Money no object now, 212 hp = Wow. this is something I could Never do. These are #'s way beyond what I thought this bike could pull on pump gas. Stock pipe too. I'm in. Question,,,with full Akrapovic pipe your tune will I make more than 212 hp. If so what's your best guess. We are all heading to the Dyno this month,,, those #'s reported are sweet. With my current Map switch and dual flash switch I will be able to report on 4 runs in one visit to the dyno. We can do STD smoothing Zero and SAE smoothing 5. Apples to Apples,,, 3 ZX14R's doing the same test results are level. Whatcha think ?

Who plans to go to see a dyno with three machines to run several comparison tests and does not set up an appointment?

Nasty, I work night shift and I had not slept, beast got a day off, wolf then had to work. We were just hacking around thought would be fun. Frankenstein who we wanted(state of the art new dyno)had a M109 on the Dyno and said it would be there for the next 3 days. So we found a shop and begged for the fun of it.

I see where this is going, UGH !

If EYE may, this is dentistry, coal mining, oil drilling, proctology at its finest. Finding gold at the end of a map. Some can map, others try. The one with the most points wins. Here's the score:

C ~ Muzzy - I may be wrong on this, but I'm going with some ragayzine showdown, Muzzy won the HP war, or what someone here said. So for this bike to come in @ 212hp-119lb, said setup made some numbers.

If I were some pipe maker I got beat, I'd be cutting the competitions pipe down the middle to see what makes that baby tick? If Your's or C's ECU was on Guhl's dyno and used his bike, it would show 8 [maybe] more pounds wouldn't you think?

This is a sales war as much as any mod. Mod something, someone's hand is in it. So that says product, that means competition for youreach around.

I think this should happen imo. Numbers don't lie. I'll say that til I'm blue. Numbers don't lie! I've seen Brock's dyno slips and I've seen CBlast's dyno slips. Romans my man. Put yours up for us all to see. I think this is the super bowl of 14r flashes!

Same dyno, same day would be the absolute best situation to compare bikes. In fact that is the most accurate comparison possible for flashes too. Some folks are reporting numbers, some are posting charts. Me thinks a dyno meet would be real cool! In absence of charts, that would be ideal!

We'll have a great big party, after the cannonball, and well go where the dyno guy is mike v. He is impartial. The air will be dense in PAC NOR. We can just have a big bike dyno shoot out. It'll be a BLAST! Winner buys the first round of drinks! There is even a drag strip less than thirty minutes from my house. There is also an amazing track. I'm sure all will sort itself out!! Fun will be had by all.

Never mind the roads I'll show y'all!

I don't care about the peak numbers themselves. I don't need a chart to tell me the peaks are gonna be similar enough it don't matter. I just like looking at pretty lines. White lines too, but right now I want 3 lines per chart.

The thing about it is... Unless you guys are talking about taking just one bike and swapping the various ECUs then each bike needs the SAME chain, the SAME tire, the SAME tire pressure, the SAME oil, the SAME clutch and clutch life, the SAME air filter, the SAME plugs indexed in the SAME position, the SAME fuel from the SAME station, the SAME exhaust, and it goes on and on and on to truly go apples to apples for a flash battle. Unless you guys are just going for outright bragging rights on whose bike makes more power no matter how they are setup. In which case sure same day, same dyno, different bikes works. I say let one jockey make 4 1320 passes on each bike and take an average of the 1320 mph. This seems the most logical to me. But hey what do I know... I've only been riding 4 years.

That's only about 9 cu in bigger than the our R's

By the numbers, 109 cu in is 1800cc, 1441cc is not quite 90cu in.........these R's just feel bigger than they really are

I say...one bike(all there however)and swap the ECU into the one bike...and run it accordingly. You can't get a true read on any of these with so many variables like Mav said...he's 100% correct. It's the only way to get true output numbers. One bike without change. That's what I'd want to see.One altitude...one air density period...one set of correct Dyno settings.

I say, let's go race point to point all across America for shits and giggles... Me and wolf gonna try make it look like Isle of Mann on big boy bikes with nos and shit. I see the four horseman all in formation flat out in fifth grabbing sixth through a miles long straight through the heartland. I better be able to stap a bunch of extra NOS bottles to a Givi rack. I want a predator racing custom Givi rack that holds a six pack of 1 lb NOS bottles inverted like a belt of fuckin ammo...
Nasty!!! Get with that crazy fing prospect tank and let's work this one out!!!!

Some guys are going to dyno their bikes. So guys are going to break new ground, thanks to those like Ghul and Woolich.

Figure it out. I/you do not need to buzz out of sync with a Muzzy advance. Manually you can't move the cam like you moved the crank degrees. This is phasing out of the tones. Crank is spinning twice/cam once. So this window of cam wave is within this dual wave the crank made... Think.

No longer do you need that moveable tone wheel. The wave stays within its own [think balance effect] window of itself. You go into the advance maps and change degrees this way. BIG-HUGE advantage over the [mechanical] degree wheel call it.

This is a change in chemistry vs. time. We already have the atmo units on the bike. We can plop down any bike on any spot of the world, we have compensators in FI to keep the bike running like you know it.

Look at the thread title.
