I'm guessing, not. As long as he gave the money back to PayPal and morgstang and him now have a COD agreement, he probably has his PayPal with a little flag on his record nobody can see. The whole reason he agreed to a COD with morgstang was to smooth it all over. He never intended to send the part but at least he didn't get the money. If I'm wrong, send the part, ninja187.

Baaaaaahahaha!!!...i thought i had a fancy carbon fiber windscreen coming that i bought here but obviously not...

I think if you are just patient, it probably might sort of show up someday. I don't know if it will show up as quick as if you ordered from Japan but what do you expect?

Heres what i think will happen...2 years from now he will check this thread and feel so humiliated that he will send me the windscreen for free but will forget about sending it again so we can repost and keep this thread going.

I'm sure he's watching now.

I think i will take his other items for sale so no-one else has to endure the pain and suffering ive fealt.
