Where are you guys meeting? I'd like to meet up if I can, the further upstate the better for me :)

DrDanimalSize and others, There's an information booth in Vail Mills NY. I can't find a hard address for it. It's on the corner of Rt.30 and Rt.29. Vail Mills is about a 1/4 mile long, so the info booth will be easy to find. I will find the address and post it before the ride.
Give me some ideas of how many miles you guys want to log, I have a 300 mile route I ride up that way, but there are places you can bail and get on Interstate 87 (northway) about an hour north of Lake George NY. Just let me know and I'll figure out the best bang for our buck. Kickstands up at 9 a.m.

Alright, I'm in. There are three ways to get there from where I am in Stamford. I think the most scenic route is probably the Taconic, although when I went up the Taconic with the NYC Sport bike group a couple of Falls ago it was pretty much a blur. We probably need a waystation.

Guys, I will already be in VT on Sat for ride with a Boston Sportbike group so I may stay overnight there then blast over to NY Sunday morning to meetup. Are we going with Wfozx14's meetup at Rt30 & Rt29 as the main meetup for 9:00am? Need to know to map route....

I defer to fearless leader and captain bikemanusa on the route. My suggestions on the trip were actually to just find out where a general way-station would be to catch the most riders going up. I can always run down 95 to 287 and across if need be to meetup with anyone.

I'm going to say its about 2/20mins from me if we take the taconic but we can make some time once we are on the road.

Waiting to hear from Snuffy, but my NJ route plan shows 17n to 87 upto 90 near Albany. I'm not sure about a 4:30am wake up call. :(

i can get to your area in just under an hour im sure. just text me an address or a meeting spot and I will be there. I will talk to Snuffy this week and he can meet me and who ever else wants to follow us up. All kidding aside, who knows where the group meeting point is and what is our route?.

Wfozx14 posted an earlier potential meetup spot and has a route but no confirmation from the main group riding up from south. Eitherway I plan to stay in VT overnight Sat with a few riders then on Sunday head into Lake George/NY-Adirondack Mnts area so if I can't make the main KSU meetup, then I try and cross paths with the group later in the morning depending on route taken....

So to shore up: 7am, this Sunday morning, at this location on the map which is exit 5, Somers, NY, off 684. I think that's the corner where Bob's Sport and Angler Shoppe is.

Yes there is a repair shop across form IBM we can meet in the repair shop parking lot. What time should we meet 7:00am? We will only be 5-10 mins form the Taconic where we will meet up with the rest of the fellas to head up state.
