Got to admit I am enjoying this thing.
So far an excellent investment.
Fingers crossed it stays that way for a long long time!!!

Here you go guy's.
It's started.
The first day the car was left parked in public while the missus and I went to dinner and I come back to this little surprise.
If I ever ever ever catch some jealous low fuck in the act of doing something like this to something I own I guarantee you it won't be pretty...

Man that’s terrible! It does appear that it can be corrected with paintless dent repair though. Are there scratches?

That's the reason most of us dont take them out and park them in public. Sucks I know but its just what Antifa and people without the means to have a nice car like that seem to do. Probably a big supporter of your PM
Mines a convertible so I have to leave it unlocked so they dont take a knife to a $3k top
Come on MAN - pay your fair share

I wish this person could see your thread about purchasing your car and know the kind of person you are. I bet whoever it was totally misjudged you. Don't let this stop you from being the decent person you always have been, yannih. I'll always remember when I had it tough in life, you had genuine concern for me and wanted to help. You're a good person. There are people around us capable of the worst behavior and we don't even know it. Sobering and sad.

This 'person' doesn't give a shiite about someone else's feelings.Too bad ya couldn't have walked up when this asshat did this.Their hating karma will come back on em.When they least expect or want it.And they still won't consider their own stuff.Always happens.Hope you can get her fixed up okay Yan.Really sorry about this. This jerkoff will probably get hit by some cage, and need BOTH knees replaced.Which won't heal right and they're stuck with their own ugliness.

Your words mean a lot Rook.
Thankyou.
Jealousy is ugly.
And Green, the car can and will be repaired.
It's just the thought that some filthy low breed has had a great laugh at my expense and has gotten away with it...

Yannih, I learned long ago that hurt people, hurt people. So if you can have any satisfaction out of this situation; know that that person hates their life.
You however appear to be the opposite of that. You’re generally happy and have a great outlook on life. That’s the ultimate revenge here.

Jeez Nasty, very impressive.
I'll have to start listening to you much more often!
Of course your right in all that you say, and I am completely wrong threatening any kind of violence towards anybody.
But it's just so damn frustrating...

Car is now repaired and back.
Every cent I handed over to correct the damage done by some low breed was like swallowing razor blades...

Thats great you got it fixed so quick. My friend has a 2007 with a few much smaller dings and he went to some paintless dent removal guy and now I cant tell where they were. Didn't want to say that before cause I thought you might need a bit more work. Such a nice car you got there glad it worked out. Now, Take the truck to dinner and open you door into every Prius you see and leave the 997 for long drives in the country chasing a few friends
Cheers

Independent throttle bodies - 7 oil pumps - 500hp? Put my fat ass in this one and trackday it. I'm almost temped. But I'm waiting for that hybrid vette with 700 or 800 horse. I might be too old buy then. Like saying, I want all the tech from an R1, but with a 14 engine. Same as saying, I'll take the porsche car with the vette engine in it.
That's a beauty in blue.

The GT3 start at twice that much and go up from there. They really are for track days. The guys I know that have them all bitch about how low they are and that they just spent another $27K to replace their carbon fiber understructure -again, which they trashed pulling into a Burger King with a high curb.
The new vet is nice, they did a good job of making it look like a Ferrari

C8 - An honest 60k retail price. If they can afford to build them and still make a profit, that's the price of a sports car: US Made.
GT3 - An overpriced, me no like, lots of under 5k mileage is saying something about the consumer and a checkmark about 'satisfaction.'

Why/who is bailing out of a decent sports car with low mileage and paid well over a hund-k an change, I need a belly pan for 27k? I wonder how many pans are scratched under those used cars... what was that noise?
For that kind of money, It'd be cheaper to install a car lift in the garage and meguyveer a scuff plate on the bottom. You'd have to pull the engine anyway to get to that weak link in the cam chain assembly is it?
And I'd be the dummy to pull everything out of the trunk to the interior, from carpet to door panels and up the HP all bone stock. ALA Colin Chapman like I do with the 14's.
You really think I care what it looks like after that? The dart away from the traffic light I come up to another C you later.

the guys that can afford these toys have the resources to drive one for a few yrs and they get the next latest and greatest. I think thats why there are low miles and expensive cars for sale. Some of the guys I run around with have a Turbo S, a GT3 for track days and a Turbo Panamera for dinner and date nights. I will never be in their level so my classic '84 Cab will have to do. The GT3s really are close to track cars and GT3 RS are race cars with radio and AC and just enough safety stuff for being legal on the street. The Vetts and the Porches are just different animals. Vet and Viper are close the Porsche is in a class of its own. The big difference is the Porsche will be around and worth a lot in 30 yrs the Vet will be in the junk yard.
But if you like that Chester the Molester rep - definitely go for the Vett

IDK about that, technology, as you know is pretty good with these new E-cars. There is a Tucan Turbo S around here I see almost every day and its absolutely drop dead sexy gorgeous, kind of like the 918 is
Full power and launch control is probably quicker than a skinny guy on a drag 14R

Harsh call but I think you are on the money there crude.
Went for my first run for weeks in the 997 today as the new house has taken all my time.
Brings a smile to the dial every time.
Even though I know absolutely nothing about them, the new Vets do look pretty impressive though...

That's a new one in the cheap seats, and have yet to wheel and deal from there. Well under 60, or are we talking a skinny margin?
https://www.carfax.com/vehicle/WP0AA2A8XKS260172
Then carfucks? How many years difference with 200 bucks off a base with 9k? I'd call up for a realistic 42k or let the tires go flat.
https://www.kbb.com/car-news/2021-corvette-c8-test-drive/
And then there is 400+ pounds of torque for 80k, and under 400 torque for 89k?
Then you have a chevy dealer 10 miles away no matter the direction, and then a porsche dealer is how far and few?
Grab that base till the hybrid comes? You're pissing me off, yannih. Had a 1960 back in the day so you had to bring a porsche into the mix. Had a 62 vette back in the day. Fuckcars.com I have to think.
But man, that 2019 body style looks like a collectable. Or more a dual center exhaust 2015 one of these... https://www.automobilemag.com/news/2015-jaguar-f-type-s-coupe-showing-its-miles/ Now we're talking a garage queen collectable.

You're not the first and certainly not the last.
Hub, have you actually driven a 911 of any year or model?
That right there might just be the answer...
